Step 1: Apply Online, save time and money.
The next step is to complete your application, which can be done easily by clicking on "Apply Online". You will then be notified of the loan decision and you will receive a list of conditions (required documentation) for loan approval.

Step 2: Select a house of your choice, lock in a rate.
After you have selected a home and have a purchase contract with a seller, the next step is to call our professional loan officer to help you lock your loan over the phone. At the appropriate time we will order a property appraisal for you.

Step 3: Loan Doc, Escrow, and Loan Funded
Your real estate agent will generally pick the title and Escrow agent for you. Once all the loan conditions are met, your loan documents will be drawn. We will deliver documents to the Escrow agent and they will arrange for you to sign the loan papers. Upon satisfactory review of all paperwork, the loan will be funded and then recorded at the county recorder office.
